Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of the products that Research-Drugs supply, we are unable to accept returns for any goods sent. In addition, orders seized by customs will not be replaced under any circumstances - it is the responsibility of the customer to check that they can import the products they are purchasing, and to deal with their customs agents if an improper seizure is performed.
What quantities can I buy your products in?
Customers can buy MDAI, 6-APB, Benzo Fury, Dimethocaine, 5-IAI & MDAT in amounts ranging from 1 gram as a tester sample anywhere up to 1kg or more.
Customers wishing to purchase larger amounts of research chemicals for study are asked to contact us via email Sales@1chem.co.uk or call our sales hotline and speak to a representative to discuss their individual requirements.
Do you have all your products in stock?
We have a constant supply of stock arriving from our manufacturing facility on a weekly basis so it is unlikely that we will be out of the product you are looking for. However, in this event it will be clearly stated on the product page that we are out of stock. No payments will ever be taken for products that we do not have in stock.
Can I collect my order in person?
We are happy for you to collect your order in person if you are located near our main office. However you will need to contact us prior to collection, and in most cases we will require payment prior to collection to protect both ourselves and our customers
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. A bank transfer facility is available to buy research chemicals from our site. This can be done either by direct transfer from your account into ours or in person at your nearest branch. UK bank to bank transfers usually clear within 2 hours although certain banks can take 3 days to clear the funds. International bank transfers are also accommodated, please contact us via email to acquire the details you will need to make the payment. To pay by bank transfer please click on the bank transfer option on the order screen and you will be guided through the process.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
We can only dispatch your order once we have received cleared funds as payment. If you pay by card through our secure payment processor then the funds will clear instantly. Customers who pay by bank transfer should be aware that although most transactions clear within 2 hours of payment some banks can take up to 3 days to clear the funds.
Once the funds are clear we will send your order out the same day. When Royal Mail Special delivery is selected then your order is guaranteed to be delivered to you by 1pm the following day. Normal orders placed will be sent by 1st class recorded mail which can take between 1-2 days to arrive depending on your location, more often than not however they do arrive the next day.
Please also note that due to very strict anti fraud measures if you are paying by credit or debit card online or over the phone, we can only ship this product to the cardholders address. We do not allow a separate delivery address to be entered at checkout and any orders that request a separate delivery address will either be refunded or customers contacted by ourselves to request delivery be sent to the cardholders address.
Do Research-Drugs.com accept International orders?
We welcome International customers to our site and can ship anywhere in the world where the specific chemical ordered is legal for research purposes only. We can only ship international orders by special signed for delivery and will provide you with a tracking number so you can watch your order make its way too your door.
We take no responsibility for orders that are stopped by customs and it is your responsibility to liaise with the correct authorities to have it released. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product they are ordering is legal in your requested country due to the varying legal situations that may exist with regard to the products we sell.
The vast majority of international orders will go through without complications, but we want you to be happy so you do need to understand that there is a small risk that your order may be stopped or delayed at customs. If you have any special delivery requirements then you can contact us to discuss.
We do not currently accept orders from Canada, USA or Australia.
Please note if an order is placed from a country which we no longer ship to then your order will be canceled and a full refund given.

Research-Drugs.com are a genuine company, we use 128-bit SSL technology for all payment transactions and areas of the site where you are required to input sensitive information. To make sure you are using a secure page always check to see the gold padlock icon is present at the top right hand of your web browser bar.
We adhere to all necessary and very strict PCI compliance procedures and with this your card details are never stored on our servers, only the bank who process the payments for us, giving you complete peace of mind.
