For those who want their package guaranteed for delivery within 24 hours Royal Mail special delivery options should be chosen, international delivery is always recorded for the safety and comfort of our customers.

All orders that are succesfully placed and paid online before 4pm Weekdays and 11am Saturdays will be dispatched the same day. 

If you place an order after the deadline and require urgent shipment then we may still be able to accomodate this but you will need to call our sales hotline for confirmation that your order has been processed in time.

We offer a variety of delivery options:

  • FREE Recorded 2nd Class - This is a fully trackable service offered by the Royal Mail. Delivery time is generally 1-2 days. All orders made within the UK qualify for this shipping option. Please select from the option at checkout to get FREE delivery for your order...

  • 1st Class Recorded (£0.99) - This is a fully trackable service offered by the Royal Mail. Delivery time is generally next day (90%) of the time but can take up to 2 days to arrive.

  • Special Delivery by 1pm (£5.45) - This is a fully trackable service offered by the Royal Mail. This service comes with a guarantee that your order will arrive by 1pm the NEXT working day but does not apply to saturday deliveries.

  • Special Delivery with Saturday Guarantee (£7.99) - Another fully trackable service offered by the Royal Mail and as is guaranteed for saturday delivery by 1pm at the latest. All orders placed on a friday and required by saturday must include this delivery option to avoid dissapointment of non-received goods.

  • International Recorded Delivery - (£6.44) - All International orders are shipped using this method via Parcelforce. It is fully trackable online and generally takes between 3-5 days to arrive depending on your location.

 

Research-Drugs.Com send all orders using one of the above methods of shipment. All orders are directly trackable online if you require a tracking number for your order then please email our support team who can provide this for you.

In some circumstances a customer may require their order to shipped by non-recorded delivery. We can accomodate this as a special request but please note that this is at buyers risk and any lost orders sent via this method will not be replaced.

If your order sent by one of the above recorded delivery options has not been received after 7 days then we will contact Royal Mail to locate its whereabouts.

It is Royal Mail's procedure to not declare any parcel lost untill 15 days after it was sent. Once we have had confirmation from them declaring a parcel lost then we will follow up for compensation and replace your order.
